    By accessing or using PromptPack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    PromptPack provides downloadable digital products consisting of AI prompt collections ("Prompt Packs"). All products are delivered digitally as downloadable files after purchase.

    3. Account Registration

    You must create an account to purchase and access products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

    4. Purchases & Payment

    All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to your purchased products via your dashboard.

    5. License & Usage Rights

    Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial license to use the prompts in your purchased packs. This means:

    • You may use prompts for personal and commercial purposes
    • You may use prompts for client work and within your organization
    • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the prompt packs themselves
    • You may not claim the prompts as your own original creation for resale
    • You may not share your account or download links with others

    6. Refund Policy

    We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All prompt packs, branding, website content, and materials are the intellectual property of PromptPack. The outputs you generate using our prompts are yours to use commercially.

    8. Updates & Modifications

    Prompt packs may be updated over time to reflect changes in AI models and best practices. You will receive all updates at no additional cost for products you have purchased.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    PromptPack provides prompts "as is." We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or outcomes from using our products. AI outputs vary based on the model, settings, and context used. PromptPack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    10. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or redistribute our products without authorization.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
