We stand behind the quality of our prompt packs. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

1. Send an email to info@promptpack.co with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your purchase email address and the product(s) you'd like refunded
3. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refund Details

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
• It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
• Access to the refunded product(s) will be revoked upon refund

Exceptions

Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and reasonable in all situations.

Bundle Refunds

If you purchased "The Complete PromptPack™" bundle and request a refund, the full bundle purchase price will be refunded. Partial refunds for individual packs within the bundle are not available.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
